HEES 46

HEES 46 is a biologically degradable, high-temperature stable hydraulic oil based on synthetic components. Environmentally friendly due to its rapid biodegradability, HEES 46 is a sustainable alternative to mineral oil-based hydraulic oils. It has a biodegradability rating of over 80% according to OECD 301B. Not water-soluble, it is retained in the upper soil layers and degrades rapidly after leakage or spillage. Recommended for heavy-duty conditions such as construction, agriculture, and forestry equipment operating under harsh conditions (e.g., ambient temperatures below -30°C or oil operating temps above 100°C). After switching to HEES 46, filters should be cleaned after ~15 operating hours due to its high cleaning power.
